Industrial visit to canning centre of Horticulture department

Two days Industry exposure visit was conducted for the students of Food Technology at Canning Centre of Horticulture Department. The main objective of the visit was to make students aware about various activities related to food processing, preservation and demonstration about the equipments used in Canning process.
The students were guided by the Mr. Syed Gul Chief Canning Officer, Mr.Muneer Ahmed, Taj Bahadur Singh, Canning Instructor.
The purpose of this training was to know all about important process of canning which will help them for setting their own business in the canning food sector
